The City of Ennis is inviting statements of qualifications for the development of broadband infrastructure and retail operations that can support dedicated enterprise grade broadband services offering our businesses and residents speeds greater than 1 GB while ensuring the highest standards of reliability, availability, quality, and customer service. The purpose of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) is to solicit statement of qualifications from qualified telecommunication companies with appropriate experience that will allow the City to pursue the goals and objectives outlined in this project. The City is not soliciting qualifications based on any particular design, technology, business model, solution or cost at this time.
