The project will renovate approx. 8,500 SF of planned 25,000 SF of existing interior spaces to construct new classroom/lab spaces, offices, conference rooms, student break-out area, and student common. Work includes some structural modifications, renovating existing HVAC & electrical systems and some IT/Data spaces. Pivot North has been retained for architectural services for Phase 1.
