The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the Cave Creek Wastewater Reclamation Plant (CCWRP) Rehabilitation Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project. Services will include review of the recently completed Condition Assessment and Design Basis Report prepared by Black & Veatch (2019). These reports will be made available for viewing at the City offices during normal business hours for the duration of the advertisement period. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design and construction design approach for the project. This project site is located at 22841 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ 85024.
