The City of Gilroy is inviting statements of qualification for construction management services for several projects. The City may choose up to seven qualified consultants depending on expertise and specialties. The needs of the City are vast but in general can include design mixes, schedules, traffic control, as built drawing, materials and material testing, sewer, road construction, fire, bus service, hvac, roofing, landscaping, citizen concerns, and the ability to represent the city with consulting on these projects. Bonds required for most projects and most will be prevailing wages. All City of Gilroy projects are DBE encouraged and provide a DBE Goal.
