Durham Convention Center (DCC), is located on the main level of 301 West Morgan Street, and includes DCC Plaza entrance lobby, meeting rooms, banquet rooms, ballroom space, pre-function corridors, management offices, storage, kitchen, and utility spaces, within 49,162 square feet. DCC also shares 9,994 square feet with the Marriot Hotel including lobby, outdoor covered entry, and restrooms. The Marriot Hotel occupies the balance of the first level, or 12,091 square feet. The 13,618 square foot hotel tower is also operated by the Marriot Hotel. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
