An addition to the Princeville Town Hall flood hazard mitigation project subsequent renovations must pay attention to resilience, functionality, organization, and community image throughout the programming, design and construction phases. The renovation scope of this project is to include the exterior and interior of the existing Princeville Town Hall. The selected team will have an opportunity to develop the community identity for this municipal center. Respondents submitting qualification statements shall demonstrate specific experience in the programming, design and construction of similar facilities while incorporating a flood proofing and resilience for the building. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
