The Consultant will provide surveying services for transportation/roadway, storm water, Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS), neighborhood improvement projects, Charlotte Water, and/or Charlotte Douglas International Airport projects as required by the City of Charlotte. Local funding sources will be used to pay for Services. Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Location and Design Surveys; 2. Property and Right-of-Way Surveys; 3. Photogrammetry/Aerial Mapping; 4. Plats; 5. Legal deed research; 6. Construction staking; 7. Utility Locating and Vacuum excavations; 8. As-Build Drawings; and 9. Use of Additional mapping methods and tools as available. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
