The City of South Jordan is inviting Statements of Qualifications for a pre-qualified short list of up to four Contractors for a two-year period to perform various construction projects within the streets, storm water, parks, and water. Some of the projects may include the following; Streets - Curb and gutter installation, removal, and replacement; concrete installation, removal, and replacement in alleyways, parks, or roadways; ADA ramp installation, removal, and replacement; sidewalk installation, removal, and replacement; and asphalt patching or repair. Water - Emergency waterline repairs, water main replacement or installation, meter or PRV vault work, canal check dams, weir replacement or installation, and pump house replacement or installation. Parks - Irrigation system installation, replacement, or repair. Storm Water Repair, installation, replacement, and removal of any of the following: box-inlet, manholes, storm pipe (ADS, concrete, metal, etc.), spill-way, storm basins, underground chambers, wet\dry wells, ditches or streams, pump stations, or treatment structures. Bonds required for most projects.
