The Work consists of the replacement of the existing low voltage motor control center (MCC), demolition of the existing PLC-5 RIO cabinet and corresponding replacement with ControLogix PAC I/O in the existing RTU cabinet, as well as relocation of two existing vacuum pumps. Ancillary electrical upgrades will include replacement of two existing dry-type transformers, in-situ replacement of one panelboard, upgrading all North electrical room interior lighting fixtures with LED units, and replacement of power and control circuits from/to equipment that will be modified. The Owner requires the Project commence within 30 consecutive Calendar Days after the effective date of the Final NTP & the Project be completed within 120 consecutive Calendar Days. Bonds required. Prevailing Wages apply.
