By submitting a bid, the bidder certifies that he/she is familiar with the sites and the proposed scope of work, prior to submitting a bid. The City reserves the right to add or remove specific locations on a temporary or permanent basis, as deemed appropriate. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
