The project consists of regular excavation, grading, installing a concrete culvert to desired specifications, removing damaged culvert and pedestrian railing, installing backfill to desired specifications, drainage work, seeding, and placement of rip-rap in accordance to the specifications install metal pedestrian railing and asphalt paving to construct a 10’ wide asphalt concrete multiuse trail. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
