The City of Dunwoody Public Works Department is requesting proposals to provide road and stormwater maintenance and repair services. Since its incorporation in 2008, the Dunwoody has provided maintenance services to its citizens and businesses in an efficient and progressive manner through partnership with private companies. Dunwoody has a population of over nearly 50,000 people and covers a geographic area of over 13 square miles. The purpose of this RFP is to select a Contractor(s) to provide road maintenance and stormwater maintenance services. The term of the contract will be for 2 years beginning in April 2020 with two additional one year extensions at the City’s option. The City is seeking Contractor(s) to provide services in the following areas: Road maintenance for City streets to include pavement, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters. Stormwater system maintenance.
