Sealed bids for the asphalt re-surfacing of a road located in Warren County will be received at the Warren County Board of Commissioners office, 521 Main Street, Warrenton, Georgia 30828, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any proposal received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. The work shall consist of, but not be limited to, furnishing all products and performing all labor necessary to perform the following: Asphalt leveling, seal coat and re-surfacing of approximately 5.45 linear miles of ElamChurch Road, starting at Rocky Branch Church Road and ending at SR 12. Also, included but not limited to in this project are all associated items such as: bituminous tack coat, asphalt patching, striping, traffic control and any other associated appurtenances. Time allotted for completion of work is Forty-five (45) calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the contract specifications. The Work will be awarded in One (1) Contract.
