Sealed proposals for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment,permits and other things necessary for the construction of the following project will be received by the Rabun County Board of Commissioners. In addition the Board of Commissioners of Rabun County reserves the right to show preference to local bidders in the purchase supplies,equipment and services. The amount shall not exceed five(5%) of the amount bid or quoted.
