Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the Roadway Improvements, Project Bengal / Irving Consumer Products, Sofkee Industrial Park – Allen Road (the “Project”) will be received by the Macon-Bibb County Industrial Authority (the “Owner”) at the Macon-Bibb County Industrial Authority, 439 Mulberry Street, Macon, GA 31201. The Project consists of furnishing all labor and materials required for construction of approximately 2,900 linear feet of grading, drainage, cement stabilized base and plant mix paving on Allen Road. Also included is the installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of State Route 11/49/247 and Kumho Parkway.`
