The work includes: Removal of all roofing and perimeter metals down to existing substrate as indicated on drawings. Removal of existing HVAC curbs for RTU that have been removed where indicated on Drawings. Removal of abandoned sanitary vent through roofing where indicated on drawings. Coordination between county fencing vendor to install pitch pockets as shown on Drawings. Provide new tapered insulation and new roofing as detailed and where indicated on Drawings. Provide new perimeter metal conditions as required. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
