Install new insulation board and fully adhered TPO roof membrane over existing roof system. Remove and replace existing wet insulation areas. Replace existing roof drains, coping, scupper liners, flashing and counter flashing. Remove and replace expansion joints and expansion joint flashing. Remove rust and repaint roof ladders. Remove rust and re-coat gas piping. Re-coat existing coated walls above roof with cementitious and acrylic waterproofing. Repair existing water damage on soffit and paint to match existing (Hopewell MS only). Approximate roof areas: Summit Hill ES 34,110 sq. ft. Hopewell MS 160,154 sq. ft.
