A separate contract will be awarded for each package.Estimated Cost per Project Package:Bid Package A -Renaissance and Stephens Schools,$450,000 Bid Package B - Poly High School $2,000,000 Bid Package C - Millikan and Rogers Schools, $2,050,000 Bid Package D - Beach and Lakewood High Schools $1,500,000.This bid contains four (4) separate project packages. The District intends to award a separate contract for each package. Bidders are not required to submit a bid for all four (4) project packages. Bonds required. Q&A due by 02/20/20 at Noon. DVBE goals.
