The work to be done consists of the furnishing of all materials, labor and equipment for the complete construction of the Rope Mill Rd Resurfacing – Cardinal Dr to Angela Ct (Pw 19-264). A construction timeframe of 45 calendar days is anticipated. Payment will be made to the Contractor each calendar month based on the estimated work completed and in place as described by the standard specifications. Final payment of amounts withheld or deposited in escrow will not be made until the City of Woodstock, Georgia has certified that the work has been satisfactorily completed and accepted. A 5% bid bond (or certified check in lieu of bond) is required.
