The Rosenwald Building at Georgia Southern University, Statesboro Campus will be renovated. Work will include demolition of interior walls, ceilings, flooring, cabinetry, and MEP to support a new layout for a portion of the 1st floor, south wing. Completed project layout will total approximately 3,000 sq. ft. and will include a large waiting/seating area, multi-section cashier/help desk, conference room, offices,and kitchen/workroom. The scheduled start date of this project will be fall of 2020. Bid bond must be accompanied by a Bid Bond made payable to the owner in an amount equal to less than five percent of the bid.
