The project consists of the construction of the following work and all work incidental thereto, as set forth in the project plans and specifications. The work generally consists of addition of a Membrane Filtration (MF) Unit and strainer; replacement of obsolete MF System solenoid manifolds and turbidimeters with controllers; installation of a filter influent pipeline, an excess recirculation pipeline, and sample pipeline; installation of piping, electrical, and signal connections to connect the MF Unit to the existing MF System; modifications to the existing MF Control System. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the City of Cottage Grove
