Buy America project. Scope includes reconstruction of approx. 3,900 feet of runway, including removal of existing asphalt and concrete pavements, excavation, grading, subgrade preparation, recycling of concrete for project use, placing base material, asphalt paving, concrete panel replacement, and pavement markings. Grooving of new asphalt pavement. Stormwater drainage. Development of onsite waste sites for placement of excavated soil. Replace runway and taxiway lighting. Replace and upgrade runway and taxiway signs. Replace existing REILS. Installation of an infrared lighting system for military use. Replace and/or install new electrical cables, conduits, constant current regulator, and various other electrical components
