Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept sealed bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Rutledge State Prison Slope Stability Project and in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. This project will consist of slope stabilization, earthwork, and drainage improvements to remediate failing earth slope which is undermining prison perimeter road and security fence.
