The Project focuses on the rehabilitation of 0.52 miles of Clinton Street from Pine Street to Jefferson Avenue. The main improvements include a full width mill and overlay of the asphalt roadway, ADA compliant curb ramps, pedestrian signals, traffic detection elements, flashing beacon installations, upgraded signage and updated pavement markings. In addition, safety elements will be incorporated in the vicinity of the Bennett Park Montessori School, including bump-outs with a flashing beacon installation. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
