Sched A: construction of all components of the project for Salmon Creek odor control & improvements. Work includes construction of new odor control facilities, construction of a new oil storage building, demolition of an existing building, modifications to existing aeration basins, yard piping, process piping replacement, small hypochloride feed system, new enclosure around existing waste gas incinerator control equipment, new canopy over ultraviolet disinfection equipment, and all other items. Sched B: Construction of components of Salmon Creek plant repair & replacement. Work includes maintenance and modifications to one aerobic digester and minor modifications to a second anaerobic digester, removal and replacement of one biosolids cake transfer screw conveyor, removal and replacement of 2 boiler exhaust stacks, installation of digester gas blower equipment and piping, removal and replacement of HVAC systems in Bdgs 70 & 72 and all other work.
