The Contractor shall furnish all necessary materials, labor, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary for the proper construction and grading of the Annual Winter Sand Berm Construction/Removal project. This work may include, but is not limited to relocating sand currently on the west side of the beach to the east side of the beach and constructing a sand berm on the east side of the beach as specified in these specifications, the plans, the special provisions, and as directed by the City Engineer. This is a two year contract. Prevailing wages apply. Bonds required.
