The Work consists of the construction of a new comfort station (restroom facility) at Sanderford Road Park. The building is a one-story CMU masonry/wood framed building. The work includes general construction, plumbing, ventilation, electrical systems, concrete slabs on grade, exterior and interior CMU walls, wood stud wall framing, building insulation, waterproofing and moisture protection, standing seam metal roofing, fixed windows, interior and exterior doors, frames, and hardware, interior and exterior finishes, furnishings, accessories and specialties, signage, plumbing systems, ventilation systems, and providing operation and maintenance documentation to the Owner. Project also includes the construction of a new pre-engineered steel picnic shelter and associated site and electrical work. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
