This Geothermal Renovation Project is for the Santa Rosa County Jail and Sheriffs Office located at 5755 East Milton Road, Milton, Florida. The project consists of the construction of a new mechanical building, the removal/demolition of numerous mechanical systems, replacement with new mechanical systems, installation of a geothermal bore field, pumps, heat exchangers and piping, (see attached plans and specifications). This project encourages M/WBE participation.
