The City of San Jose is seeking qualified Contractors to provide exterior building washing services for the SAP Center in support of the Public Works Department.The City shall issue a blanket purchase order to the successful Contractor for an initial twelve month period. After the initial period, the City reserves the right to exercise four (4) additional one-year period extensions for a total of five (5) years. Prevailing wages. LBE/SBe goals.
