15% apprentice utilization required. 3% DBE goal This project will perform building and equipment upgrades to the Seattle Center Monorail Electrical Rooms and systems at Seattle Center and Westlake Center Monorail Stations. The Work will include acquiring medium and low voltage equipment (rectifier, transformer, switchgear, battery chargers, uninterruptible power supplies, annunciator panels, etc.); running a 120ft underground feed from a 3-phase 208VAC transformer to the Seattle Center Monorail Station electrical room in existing conduit; installation and wiring of equipment; and testing and commissioning. In addition to other Work, new HVAC equipment, intrusion alarm system, fire alarm system, and emergency lighting will be added in the rooms at both stations.
