Project Description: Boundary includes all areas on the East façade of the building near gridlines L&P, 1&4, from floors 14 to 63 as indicated on the drawings: Exterior Sealant Replacement: 1) Removal of existing elastomeric sealant at sealant conditions (including but not limited to Stone, Metal, EIFS, Curtainwall) 2) Partial Removal of glazing unit gasketing to be replaced 3) Taping glazing area where gasketing is removed to provide clean fillet joint 4) Surface cleaning and prep for new sealant joints 5) Installation of backer rods or bond breaker tape, and elastomeric sealant. Repair of broken or cracked stone panels, including but not limited to: 1) Cleaning, prepping and filling of areas of spalling/missing corners 2) Cleaning, prepping, reinforcing, and filling cracks Additive Alternate #1: Boundary includes all area on the North plaza of the building near gridlines E&G, 1&4 from floor 6 to underside of alcove ceiling at floor 10 as indicated on the drawings: Exterior Sealant Replacement: 1) Removal of existing elastomeric sealant at sealant conditions (including but not limited to Stone, Metal, EIFS, Skylight, Storefront) 2) Partial Removal of glazing unit gasketing to be replaced 3) Taping glazing area where gasketing is removed to provide clean fillet joint 4) Surface cleaning and prep for new sealant joints 5) Installation of backer rods or bond breaker tape, and elastomeric sealant.
