The work of this 42 calendar day project consists, in general, of furnishing all labor, materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services and supervision required to install slurry seal on 7th Street from the intersection of 7th Street and Maritime Street to Ben E. Nutter Terminal Entrance at 7th Street, Oakland, CA; including, but not limited to: cleaning, sweeping, sealing cracks and performing all other required activities to prepare pavement surface for slurry seal treatment; installing slurry seal, cat tracking striping, and installation the final striping according to contract plans using (2) coats of Caltrans approved traffic paint; and performing all associated work, all in accordance with the Contract Documents.
