The project generally consists of removing existing asphalt shingle roofing and underlayment down to existing plywood roof sheathing on one (1) apartment building and four (4) accessory structure building, replacing any damaged or decayed roof sheathing. Furnish and install new fiberglass asphalt shingle roofing with new underlayment and metal flashing. Furnish and install new skylights. Existing gutters and downspouts shall remain and be protected. Furnish and install new leaf screen on existing gutters.
