Building space includes maintenance shop area, office space, staff room, and locker restroom facilities. b. Site Improvements 1. Demolition of existing 550 S.F. concrete block building. 2. Installation approximately 461 linear feet of new PVC storm line including three (3) type 2 catch basins and two (2) 48-inch manholes. 3. Construction of a 1,400 square yard paved parking area.
