The Trustees of California State University are circulating this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to invite design- build teams to submit their qualifications to participate in a competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) for the design and construction of the Sierra Annex Project at the California State University, Northridge.The Sierra Annex Project (Sierra Annex) will be a new, approximately 60,000 GSF classroom building. Envisioned as a stand-alone facility, Sierra Annex will be situated on the existing open space which lies south of Sierra Hall and directly to the east of Etiwanda Avenue and west of Manzanita Hall. It will have a minimum of 41 classrooms as well as pre-class queuing, lounge, study, and collaboration spaces. Site work, utilities, and accompanying improvements are additionally required.Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
