The Contractor will be required to perform prep work, removal, installation and cleanup for Sign and Sign Component (Structures) Maintenance defined in this ITB. The majority of the work will occur on the Interstate and State Route system. The Contractor shall supply labor, equipment, tools, means of transportation, traffic control, and incidentals to perform work in accordance to specifications, and to ensure a safe work environment for employees and the traveling public within the time schedule specified. The project consists of design, fabrication and installation of two-Type I overhead sign structures and two extruded overhead signs on SR 401 SB ( I-75 SB) in Bartow County. In addition, install signing and markings on SR 402 WB (I-20 WB) in Carroll County. Contractor must submit a bid bond or proposal guaranty for each bid submitted to the Department. Bid bonds or proposal guarantees not received by the Department before the due/close date and time will not be accepted and bid rejected.
