The Utah Division of Facilities Construction & Management is inviting bids for the design-build of the Utah State University's East Parking Terrace in Logan. This design/build project will include: A 4-story, 403 stall parking terrace for Utah State University at the southwest corner of 700 North (Aggie Boulevard) and Bullen Road. Statements of Qualification and Design Proposals are due by 12:00pm on 6/27/19. The Design and Cost proposal, bid bond, and value engineering proposal is due by noon on 7/11/19. Prevailing wages apply.
