This project scope will include site work, utility work as UTSA will install modular buildings (30,000 SF) on campus for our Academic Advising department. Scope of work will also include security gate relocation and fire lane. University estimates that the Project will take approx seventy five (75) calendar days to complete. University must receive all questions by 5:00PM on May 13th. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. HSP required.
