The Town of Paradise is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment and expenses to provide the removal of sidewalk, curb and gutter, and rockery retaining wall, excavation, cold milling roadway surface, construction of sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, curb and gutter, and segmental retaining wall, placement of asphaltic concrete, and installation of a new traffic signal system. The work will include grading, asphalt patching and paving, clearing and grubbing, tree trimming/removal, removal of existing pedestrian flashing beacons, adjusting utilities to grade, signing and striping, installation of traffic signal hardware, and other items of work as indicated on the project bid book and plans. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE goal is 10%. Time to complete is 45 working days.
