Project Description: The project consists primarily of the abandonment and demolition of an existing sewer pump lift station and various sections of existing sewer lines, removal of existing electrical panels and conduit, sidewalk, pavement, and surface improvements, sewer bypassing, traffic control, installation of new sanitary sewer lines, installation of a new sewer lift station and valve vault, installation of new wet well submersible pumps, replacement of a force main, asphalt paving and removal, restoration of existing public and private improvements, and related appurtenant work not mentioned above but required in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work is located at the existing Lift Station #13 site in the City of Huntington Beach near the intersection of Springdale Street and Slater Avenue. The project has two distinct notices to proceed. The first notice to proceed will be issued for 120 calendar days and will be for the relocation of the existing utilities. The second notice to proceed will be for the actual work as described within the plans and specifications and will be limited to 200 working days
