Provide all labor, equipment, materials, temporary facilities, overhead and profit to provide a new Boiler system that will supply hot water to the existing slab piping manifold including all associated support systems and elements. The work shall include startup and commissioning of systems and training, and final clean-up. A new ventilation system is being requested to supply adequate combustion air for the boiler room. This will be addressed as an Add Alternate on the Bid Schedule. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
