The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements: Installation of new water main in and around downtown Social Circle including up to approximately 3,550 LF of 12”, 10”, 8”, and 6” diameter DIP water mains, reconnection of all water service connections, site restoration and all other related connections and appurtenances. Time of completion for all work associated with Social Circle 2020 Water System Upgrades shall be ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180) consecutive calendar days of the date specified in a written “Notice to Proceed” from OWNER.
