SUNY Cortland is requesting sealed proposals from responsible bidders to provide solid waste removal and recycling services to SUNY Cortland dormitories, academic buildings, administrative and support buildings following schedules determined by SUNY Cortland. The contractor will provide all necessary containers. The contractor shall obtain, maintain, and pay for all permits and licenses legally required and shall give all notices, pay all fees, and comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the work.
