The City of Park City is inviting Statements of Qualifications for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to assist the City during the construction of a 7.2 mgd water treatment plant located in Park City, Utah. This RFQ focuses on selecting a Proposer to provide field testing, materials testing, laboratory services, specialty inspections, and other treatment plant construction related testing and inspection services on an as-needed basis during the Project construction period. Bonds required during the bidding stage.
