The San Joaquin Housing Authority is inviting statements of qualifications for small purchase plumbing services. The intention of this SOQ/QSP is to form a pool of qualified contractors from which the Authority may draw a contract for plumbing. This is an informal request and the Authority is not obligated to provide any work. Services include but are not limited to plumbing inspections, repairs and/or installation work such as repairing leaking faucets, replacing water heaters, locating pipes and leaks, replacing broken pipelines, unclog drains, etc. in various Authority owned and managed properties located throughout San Joaquin County. Prevailing wages apply. DBE encouraged to pre-qualify.
