The City of St. George is inviting Statements of Qualifications for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide the construction within the interior, exterior, and adjacent to the St. George City Commons Build and can be described as follows: Communication Center Bldg. Area to be Remodeled 5,649 s.f., Additional Office Space to be Remodeled (Alternate) 450 s.f., Additional Storage Area to be Remodeled (Alternate) 1,053 s.f.. The Project also includes limited modifications to site lighting, the overall building Access Control System, and installation of Lightning Protection in other areas of the building. The project will house the City’s E911 Emergency Communication Center. Other areas of the building are currently occupied by other City Departments and functions. These must remain in operation during the construction of this project. The impact of Project Staging, Deliveries, Disruptive Construction Activities and required Utility Interruptions must be minimized and coordinated with the City. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
