For Duwamish River shoreline habitat restoration and public access project in the South Park neighborhood of Seattle. The project site includes upland and aquatic area with a combined total of approximately 13.5 acres and approximately 2,050 linear feet of existing Duwamish Waterway shoreline (River Mile 4.1 to 4.5). Within the site is Terminal 117, which is the former Malarkey Asphalt Shingle Plant. Also included is 1,225 l.f. of bankline to the south of Terminal 117, immediately adjacent and east of the Boeing South Park facility.
