The City of St. George is inviting Statements of Qualifications for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide the construction of a new Parking Lot (32 Parking Spaces) located Northeast of the existing Police Headquarters, new ground level parking, and (1) elevated concrete parking deck (Approximately 16,000 S.F.) located West of the City Hall. The Project will include the construction of the Parking Lots and Elevated Parking Deck, with associated Stairs, Dumpster Enclosure Relocation, Sidewalks, and Retaining Walls. Shape canopies will be bid as an alternate. The Landscaping and Irrigation System will be provided and installed by the City. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
