The Gwinnett County Police Department wishes to procure product and services for the replacement of flooring for the South Police Precinct. The work includes the removal and disposition of all of the existing carpet and the provision and installation of new carpet tiles as described in this document. The contractor, in partnership with the Gwinnett County Police Department, shall be responsible for the sequenced relocation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to facilitate work.he installing Contractor shall be responsible for and bear the cost for all minor floor preparations required prior to installation of the new carpet tile.
