The intent of this solicitation is to select a successful Bidder to provide repair services to the Southport Landfill Storm Water System located at 4400 Hunt Road, Kissimmee, Florida 34746. In general, the work for this construction project involves rebuilding the existing storm water inlet on the southeast top cap, the re-grading of the existing berm on the southeast top cap, the replacement of one storm water down comer pipe, repair of three other storm water down comer pipes, repair of the storm water conveyance system (to drain, terrace under drain, structure connection, etc.), and water pressure jet cleaning the repaired toe drain/terrace under drain. The overall project includes all earthwork related to the final grading and repair of disturbed areas with sod within the construction limit lines. It also includes all other incidentals, as are required by plans, specifications, contract documents, along with all other appurtenances and incidentals, complete in-place and ready for operation and use by the Owner. The Contractor shall complete all work described above and all other work incidental whether specifically mentioned or not in accordance with the Plan Drawings, Specifications, and Contract Documents. This project encourages M/WBE participation.
